Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it is dispatched for delivery. Shipping typically takes between 2 to 5 working days for domestic orders. Please note that for international orders, shipping time may be longer due to customs processes and the distance to the destination.
Order Tracking: If tracking is available for your order, you will be provided with a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery and get an estimated arrival date.
International Orders: For our international customers, please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs fees due upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total cost of your order at checkout, as they are determined by the customs agency in your specific country.

Final Sales: All our products are made-to-order to ensure their uniqueness and individuality. As a result, all sales are final and refunds will not be offered.
Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders: Tento cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Once the order is dispatched, the responsibility for the product’s condition and delivery is transferred to the delivery service provider.
